Terms of Use

Nature of the service

RatedRecruiters provides structured candidate experience ratings for recruitment firms at company level. We collect 1–5 scores across fixed criteria only. No written reviews, no individual recruiter names, and no public recruiter callouts. Published scores are aggregated and thresholded. Candidate-submitted ratings may not reflect all experiences. The site is informational only.

Your submissions

By submitting a rating, you agree that you will:

  • Provide honest ratings based on genuine experiences with the recruitment firm
  • Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship to the firm
  • Not manipulate scores through coordinated abuse, incentives, or false submissions
  • Not use automated tools or scripts to submit ratings

Moderation and scoring

RatedRecruiters may remove, suppress, reweight, or exclude suspicious submissions at our discretion. We may review clusters of submissions (including by email domain), unusual bursts, or coordinated patterns for abuse detection. No automated blocking is guaranteed in the MVP.

Verification status, volume thresholds, and aggregation rules affect what appears on the public leaderboard and on company profiles. We may update these rules as the product evolves.

No warranties

Scores and breakdowns are provided for general information only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You use RatedRecruiters at your own discretion.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
