How scores are produced

Scores are derived from structured 1–5 candidate submissions across fixed process criteria. We do not publish written reviews, individual recruiter names, or public callouts of specific recruiters. Aggregated results depend on who submits ratings, verification status, and volume thresholds. Data may be incomplete or unrepresentative of all candidates' experiences.

We may review suspicious clusters (for example many submissions from the same email domain), unusual bursts, or coordinated patterns. Submissions may be suppressed or reweighted in future moderation workflows; the MVP does not guarantee automated blocking.

Low-volume and early signals

Firms with few verified submissions may show provisional or unverified figures on company profiles. Low-volume scores should be treated as early signals only, not definitive rankings. Public leaderboard positions require higher verified volume and are not shown for all firms.

Company-level ratings

Ratings apply to recruitment firms as organisations, not to individual recruiters, consultants, or employees. A firm-level score does not describe every person or team within that firm.

No affiliation or endorsement

Listed recruitment firms are included for rating and transparency purposes. Unless we state otherwise, RatedRecruiters has no affiliation with, sponsorship from, or endorsement by any listed firm. Firms do not control candidate submissions.
